Breaking News: NANNM Announces Cleared Candidates for 8th Quadrennial National Delegates Conference

 The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM) has officially announced the candidates who have passed the screening process and are eligible to contest in the upcoming 8th Quadrennial National Delegates Conference. Protest Rocks Ijaye State Hospital Abeokuta as Ogun Nurses Storms premises

On thursday 3rd of October, the entire leadership and members of NANMN Ogun state consisting of several units of Ogun NANMN (National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives) NPH Aro, FMCA, Obademola amongst others marched towards state hospital ijaye today following the elapse of the 48hrs ultimatum given by the association.  The protest which took place at the premises of the hospital attracted lot of attention both locally and internationally. OGUN NURSES MARCH TOWARDS STATE HOSPITAL IJAYE

The leadership of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives Ogun State Chapter after a brief SEC meeting today at the state Secretariat in Abeokuta in attendance of NANNM state hospital ijaye Abeokuta unit had decided to have a peaceful protest in state hospital Ijaye tomorrow 3rd of October 2024 in response to an assault towards a final year nursing student of Ogun state College of nursing Abeokuta by a Doctor.  It was reported that on the 24th of September 2024 during a brief conversation during a surgery at the state hospital ijaye theater between the nursing student who bears  Julius Emmanuel and the consultant Dr Adekunle according to sources , Julius Emmanuel was slapped by the Consultant in which reasons are still unknown.
